Air Dryer Compressed takes 9kW power as the core and is combined with 0.1℃ precise temperature control technology to achieve wide regulation from 15°C to 180°C, ensuring stable dew point compliance and adapting to multiple scenarios such as mechanical processing and electronic manufacturing.

The Air Dryer Compressed adopts 304 stainless steel integrated pipeline to reduce resistance and rust and prevent impurities from contaminating the compressed air. When starting up, it automatically exhauets air to quickly remove residual air. The return water thermometer monitors the status in real time. The heating power can be switched as needed, balancing effectiveness and energy conservation.

In terms of safety, it is equipped with a hot water bypass pressure relief circuit and explosion-proof equipment for pipelines. The isolation electrical box is matched with well-known electrical appliances such as OMRON and ABB to extend the service life. The fault display is clear and maintenance can be carried out without the need for professionals.

Air Dryer Compressed supports customization of oil pump horsepower and heating power. It can be optionally equipped with PLC control and RS485 communication, and connected to the Internet of Things for intelligent management. The multi-point temperature control unit and the air supply and oil return function further expand the adaptability, providing stable drying guarantee for production.
