Unit configuration

The unit is internally equipped with a water-type mold temperature controller, a rapid heating and cooling mold temperature controller, a dual-temperature mold temperature controller, a multi-machine integrated mold temperature controller, a circulating mold temperature controller, and a heating and cooling integrated mold temperature controller. In addition to being equipped with electric heating elements, the unit is also equipped with compression refrigeration elements.

The Water Cooled Chiller Air Cooling Machine offers a wide range of temperature control. When heat transfer oil is used as the heat transfer medium, the maximum temperature of the heating and cooling dual-purpose temperature controller can reach 350℃, and the minimum temperature can be reduced to -120℃. A wide range of temperature changes can be achieved without changing the heat transfer medium. It can be widely applied in the chemical reaction and material testing industries and can meet the requirements of different production processes.

Product Composition

The Water Cooled Chiller Air Cooling Machine consists of hot oil, circulating pump, heating tube, cooling heat exchanger, refrigeration system, temperature control system, piping and frame. Hot oil flows between the heat medium pipelines of the unit and the heat exchangers of the temperature control equipment, such as the mold runner, the hot runner in the roller, the reactor jacket or coil. The circulating pump, heat transfer oil pipe, heating device and cooling device constitute the basic circuit of the heat medium.

Under normal circumstances, the hot oil in the cold and hot integrated temperature controller is continuously pumped out by the oil pump and becomes a fluid with kinetic energy. The hot oil flows through the heater and cooling device, reaching the temperature control equipment. After heat exchange with the temperature control equipment, it flows back to the unit to enter the next cycle.
